Thank you for supporting Monarch. Here's everything you need to know about getting your order to you.
How our orders work
All Monarch products are made to order through our print-on-demand partner, Printify. This means your item is produced specifically for you once your order is placed. Please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order is dispatched.
Shipping & delivery
We ship worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and the items in your order.

Why does delivery take this long?
We want to be fully transparent with you. Monarch products are printed on demand and shipped directly to your door from our production partner. Your item isn't sitting in a warehouse — it's made fresh for you, which takes a little longer than traditional retail. We believe the quality is worth the wait, but we'd rather you know upfront.
Tracking your order
Once your order is dispatched you'll receive an automated email with your tracking number and a link to follow your shipment. Allow up to 24 hours after dispatch for tracking to activate.
If you haven't received tracking details within 7 business days of placing your order, check your spam folder first, then reach out to us at teamofmonarchs@gmail.com.
Delivery issues
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or doesn't arrive within the estimated window, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and photos where applicable. We'll work with Printify to arrange a reprint or resolution as quickly as possible.
We cannot take responsibility for delays caused by customs, courier services, incorrect addresses at checkout, or circumstances outside our control.
Please double check your address
All items are made to order and cannot be redirected once dispatched. Make sure your delivery address is correct at checkout. If you spot an error immediately after ordering, contact us at teamofmonarchs@gmail.com straight away and we'll do our best to update it before production begins.
