Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
All Monarch products are made to order. Production takes 2–5 business days, after which your order is shipped directly to your door. Total estimated delivery is 10–30 business days from the date of your order.
Do you ship to South Africa?
Yes — South Africa is our home market and we ship nationwide. Whether you're in Cape Town, Johannesburg, Durban, or anywhere in between, your order will reach you.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. International shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout. Delivery timeframes are 10–30 business days regardless of destination.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. Once your order is dispatched you'll receive an automated email with your tracking number. Allow up to 24 hours after dispatch for tracking to activate.

Orders & Returns
Can I cancel or change my order?
Contact us at teamofmonarchs@gmail.com as soon as possible. Once production begins we cannot make changes or cancellations.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and photos. We'll arrange a reprint or resolution at no cost to you.
What is your return policy?
Because each piece is made specifically for you, we don't accept returns for change of mind or sizing issues. If your item is faulty or incorrect, we will always make it right.
I entered the wrong delivery address. What do I do?
Contact us immediately at teamofmonarchs@gmail.com. Speed matters here — once dispatched we cannot redirect your order.

Product Quality
What quality are the garments?
We use premium blank garments — primarily the Gildan Softstyle 64000 for tees (100% ring-spun cotton, OEKO-TEX® certified) and quality heavyweight fleece for hoodies. The MNRCH College Hoodie features genuine embroidery, not a print.
Are the designs printed or embroidered?
Tees use DTG (Direct-to-Garment) printing — vibrant, detailed, and wash-durable. The MNRCH College Hoodie features genuine embroidery — every letter stitched into the fabric, including the sleeve detail.
How do I care for Monarch piece?
Machine wash cold, inside out. Tumble dry low or hang to dry. Do not iron directly on the print or embroidery. Do not bleach. Avoid fabric softeners on printed areas.
How does the sizing run?
All Monarch pieces run in a unisex relaxed fit. Size up for an oversized look, size down if you prefer a closer fit. We recommend checking the sizing guide before ordering.
